In game on the left navigation menu under Game Help & Options you will find the Contact Admin/Game Support Link, which allows you to submit and View current your Support Tickets. You also have the ability to search for tickets using keywords, subjects, etc and the View Your Support Tickets Button will show all tickets you have submitted and how many are still unresolved. The following is a list of predefined Support Categories that can be used when submitting a ticket.


  • Bug Bounties are given out to players when they submit valid bug reports (minor or major). You'll be rewarded with Gems based on the severity of the issues (likely from 100 - 500 or so).
  • From the Developer: Do not go looking for bugs or poke around game files. Only if you come across one while playing. This isn't an open invite to players to do the former.
